The Sacramento Bee’s Dan Walters column over the weekend rebuking the Capitol’s attitude toward California’s difficult business climate should not be missed.
Walters writes: “Making California hospitable to that job-creating investment should be Job No. 1 in Sacramento, as it is in most other state capitals. But California’s politicians have seemingly gone out of their way to make the state inhospitable…”
Walters states that while top executives still call California home, middle class and blue collar jobs with those executives’ companies are growing outside of California.
